Alaska Shelf Companies
These are Alaska shelf companies that we formed and put on the shelf. They come with Certificates of Good Standing from the state, Certified Articles of Incorporation from Alaska, and one year of Registered Agent Services. If you choose to order a Corporate Binder, the following will be included: corporate binder, which includes pre-printed stock or member certs, and a corporate seal. California Shelf Corporations
These companies do not have the state franchise tax paid. You will owe the State of California $800 each year the companies have been formed. (Not including the year it was formed.)
These aged California shelf corporations come with Certificates Of Good Standing from the state, Certified Articles of Incorporation from the state, and Registered Agent Services to the renewal date of the company.
The aged corporations do not have a Federal Number issued yet. These are clean-shelf companies. They have never been used and, as such, have no credit or assets. Delaware Companies Shelf Companies
These Delaware shelf companies come with Certified Articles of Incorporation, and Registered Agent Services through the renewal date of the company.
These companies have the franchise tax and annual reports filed and paid until the next final due date. The buyer is responsible for any filings that will come due after the purchase.
Any corporation or LLC that is incorporated in Delaware (regardless of where you conduct business) must file an Annual Franchise Tax Report and pay Franchise Tax for the privilege of incorporating in Delaware. Corporate franchise taxes and annual reports are due no later than March 1st of each year.
LLC’s are not required to file an annual report, however, they are required to pay a franchise tax fee of $300.00, which is due no later than June 1st of each year.
Certificates of Good Standing from the State of Delaware will cost $100 extra and take about a week to get back from the state.

Wyoming
Wyoming is most likely the best state in the nation to own a company, which is why this list has by far the largest selection.
We also have a number of Wyoming companies that are not listed. So if you are looking for a certain name, call us and we will tell you if we have it.

Texas Shelf Corporations

Franchise tax reports are due on May 15th of each year. There is a $50 penalty for a franchise tax report filed after the due date, even if no tax is due with that report and even if the taxpayer subsequently files the report.
