Alaska Shelf Companies
These are Alaska shelf companies that we formed and put on the shelf starting in 2007. They come with Certificates Of Standing from the state of Arizona, Certified Articles from Arizona, and one year of Registered Agent Services or in Arizona, you can be your own registered agent if you live there. All state fees have been paid through the renewal date of the company and have never been late.

California Shelf Corporations
These companies do not have the state franchise tax paid. You will owe the State of California $800 each year the companies have been formed. (Not including the year it was formed.)
These aged California shelf corporations come with Certificates Of Good Standing from the state, Certified Articles of Incorporation from the state, and Registered Agent Services to the renewal date of the company.

Colorado Shelf Companies
This is a list of our Colorado aged shelf companies. These companies were incorporated by us and put on the shelf. Most are aged Colorado LLC’s. They come with Certificates Of Good Standing from the State of Colorado, Certified Articles of Incorporation from the state, and one year of Registered Agent Services. The state fees have been paid every year when due.

Delaware Companies Shelf Companies
These Delaware shelf companies come with Certified Articles of Incorporation, and Registered Agent Services through the renewal date of the company.
These companies have the franchise tax and annual reports filed and paid until the next final due date. The buyer is responsible for any filings that will come due after the purchase.
Any corporation or LLC that is incorporated in Delaware (regardless of where you conduct business) must file an Annual Franchise Tax Report and pay Franchise Tax for the privilege of incorporating in Delaware. Corporate franchise taxes and annual reports are due no later than March 1st of each year.
LLC’s are not required to file an annual report, however, are required to pay a franchise tax fee of $300.00 which is due no later than June 1st of each year.
Certificates Of Good Standing from the State of Delaware will cost $100 extra and take about a week to get back from the state.
Florida Shelf Companies
Here is a list of the Florida shelf companies both LLC’s and corporations that we currently have for sale. We also have some that are not listed here.
They come with Certificates Of Good Standing from the State of Florida, Certified Articles of Incorporation from Florida, and Registered Agent Services through the renewal date of the company. All state fees are paid through the renewal date of the company.
The aged company does not have a tax ID issued. They have never been used and as such have no credit.

Hawaii Aged Shelf Companies
Hawaii is a state in which we have formed both aged shelf LLC’s and Hawaii corporations.
These are companies that we formed and put on the shelf. They come with Certificates Of Good Standing from Hawaii, Certified Articles of Incorporation, and 1 year of Registered Agent Services. All state fees are paid and have been kept current.

Idaho Shelf Company
These Idaho shelf companies come with a Certificate Of Standing from the state, Certified Articles from Idaho, and one year of Registered Agent Services. All state fees are paid currently.

Michigan Shelf Company

Texas Shelf Corporations
These are clean Texas aged shelf corporations that have never been used.

Franchise tax reports are due on May 15th of each year. There is a $50 penalty for a franchise tax report filed after the due date, even if no tax is due with that report and even if the taxpayer subsequently files the report.
